The resort hotel "Mercure Tottori Daisen Resort & Spa" located at the foot of Oyama (Location: 1647-13 Nakaso, Maruyama-cho, Hoki-gun, Tottori Prefecture / General Manager: Masaya Oshiro) will offer a new menu at the buffet restaurant from July 1 (Tuesday) to September 30 (Tuesday), 2025. Nichinan Tomato is characterized by its original solid sweetness, acidity, and aroma by cultivation that takes advantage of the temperature difference between morning and evening in the rich nature of the semi-high cold area at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters. (*) Nichinan tomatoes and vegetables are used for spicy pork spare ribs, beef burgers, red eye, etc., and we developed a menu with the hope that children and ADULTS can fully enjoy the ingredients unique to this area.

1、Spicy pork spare ribs Semi-dry of Nichinan tomato and marinade of eggplant from prefecture
Softly stewed spare ribs are soaked overnight in a sauce mixed with Nichinan tomato puree and spices powder, sprinkle a coarsely ground black pepper and baked in an oven. As an addition, semi-dry tomatoes condensed the umami of Nichinan tomatoes and marinades of eggplants that can feel the flavor of Shiso are added. It is a dish that enhances the rich umami of boned meat and the refreshing acidity and sweetness of Nichinan tomato.
2. Pickles of eggplants produced in the prefecture and beef burger of Nichinan tomato
A hamburger that combines pickles of eggplants from the prefecture in summer and fruity Nichinan tomatoes with beef patties. As a topping, mayonnaise sauce using "Dune Rakyo", which is known as a specialty of Tottori, is also available. Nichinan tomato accentuates, and the more you chew it with a juicy patty, the more you taste.
3. Red eye made with Nichinan-cho tomato juice
You can enjoy red eye, which divides beer with tomato juice, with tomato juice from Nichinan Town. Breaking it with Nichinan-cho tomato juice with sweetness and depth eases the bitterness of beer, making it a more fruity taste.
