Article 1 (Applicable Scope)
- Accommodation contracts concluded by the Hotel with guests and related contracts shall be as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be laws and regulations (meaning those based on laws and regulations or laws). - If the Hotel has entered into a special contract within a range that does not violate laws and customs, the special contract shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall inform the hotel of the following matters:

(2)Date of accommodation and expected arrival time
(3)Accommodation fee
(4)Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel - If the Guest submits a request for continuation of the stay beyond the date set forth in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the Hotel shall treat it as having applied for a new accommodation contract at the time of the request.
Article 3 (Accommodation of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
- The Accommodation Contract shall be established when the Hotel has accepted the application set forth in the preceding Article. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when it has proved that the hotel has not accepted it.
- If the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee set by the Hotel shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days).
- The application fee will be first allocated to the accommodation fee that the Guest should ultimately pay, and if the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 are used, the application will be applied in the order of compensation following the penalty. If there is any remaining money, it will be returned when the fee is paid under Article 12.
- If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 cannot be paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effectiveness. However, when specifying the payment date for the application fee, this is limited to the case where the Hotel informs the Guest of that fact.
Article 4 (Special provisions that do not require payment of the application fee)
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require payment of the application fee under the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
- In accepting the application for the accommodation contract, if the Hotel does not request the payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or does not specify the payment date for the application fee, it shall be treated as in accordance with the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 4-2 (Request for cooperation in infection prevention measures at facilities)
The Hotel may request the person who intends to stay to cooperate in accordance with the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Ryokan Business Act (Act No. 138 of 1948).
Article 5 (Refuse to Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts)
- The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of the accommodation contract in the following cases: Provided, however, that this section does not imply that the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than the cases set forth in Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act.
(1)When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(2)When there is no room available due to the full room.
(3)When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may perform acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good customs regarding accommodation.
(4)When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under the following a to c.

Article 5-2 (Explanation of refusal to conclude accommodation contract)
A person who intends to stay may ask the Hotel to explain the reason if the Hotel does not accept the conclusion of the Accommodation Agreement pursuant to the preceding Article.
Article 6 (Right to cancel the contract of the Guest)
- Guests may request to the hotel and cancel the accommodation contract.
- In the event that the Guest cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract for reasons attributable to the Guest (except when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract prior to such payment by specifying the payment date of the Application Fee pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the Hotel shall charge a penalty as set forth in Appendix 2. Provided, however, that if the Hotel has complied with the special contract set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the Hotel shall notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the special contract.
If the Guest does not arrive at 8:00 pm on the day of the Accommodation without contacting the Guest (if the expected arrival time is indicated in advance, the time has elapsed two hours after that time), the Accommodation Contract may be deemed to have been canceled by the Guest.
Article 7 (Right to cancel the contract of the hotel)
- The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases: Provided, however, that this section does not imply that the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than the cases set forth in Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act.
(1)When it is deemed that there is a risk that the Guest may perform acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good manners and customs, or when it is deemed that they have done the same thing.
(2)When the Guest is deemed to fall under the following a to c.

(7)When the hotel is unable to accommodate guests due to natural disasters or other causes beyond its control.

Article 7-2 (Explanation of cancellation of accommodation contract)
The Guest may ask the Hotel to explain the reason if the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract pursuant to the preceding Article.
Article 8 (Registration of Accommodation)
- Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of the accommodation.
(1)Name, address and contact information of the guest
(2)For foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan, nationality and passport number
(3)Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel - If the Guest intends to pay the fee under Article 12 by a method that can replace the currency such as travel credit card, accommodation ticket, credit card, etc., the Guest shall present them in advance at the time of registration set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9 (Time for use of rooms)
- Guests can use the rooms of the Hotel from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day. However, in the case of staying continuously, it can be used all day except for the arrival date and departure date.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may respond to the use of rooms outside of hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional fee will be charged.
(1)Excess time up to 3 hours: 25% of the accommodation fee
(2)Excess time up to 6 hours: 50% of the accommodation fee
(3)If the excess time exceeds 6 hours: Full amount of accommodation fee
(4)Room use before 15:00: If you pay the full price, you can use the room from 8:00 a.m. - Guests who have registered as members of the Hotel may be required to apply additional charges different from the provisions of the preceding paragraph in the Member Program.
Article 10 (Compliance with Rules of Use)
Guests are required to comply with the usage rules set by the Hotel and the rules provided by the Hotel in the Hotel.
Article 11 (Business Hours)
- The business hours of the main facilities of the hotel will be announced in the service directory in the hotel.
- The time set forth in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary. In that case, we will inform you in an appropriate manner.
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown of accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest and the method of calculating them are as listed in Appendix 1.
- Payment of accommodation fees, etc. in the section shall be made to the hotel from the time of the accommodation contract is concluded to the time of check-out, or when requested by the Hotel, according to the currency or the method that can be used instead of travel ticket, accommodation ticket, credit card, etc. recognized by the Hotel.
- Even if the hotel provides guest rooms and becomes available for use, the accommodation fee will be charged even if the guest does not stay arbitrarily after the guest has become available.
Article 13 (Responsibility of the Hotel)
- The Hotel shall compensate for the damages in the event of a performance of the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or in the event of damage to the Guest due to such failure. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the Hotel.
- The hotel has added to the inn liability insurance to deal with the best fire.
Article 14 (Handling when a contracted guest room cannot be provided)
- In the event that the Hotel cannot provide a contracted guest room, the Hotel shall, with the consent of the Guest, make use of other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty fee, and the compensation fee shall be applied to the amount of damages. However, if there is no reason to blame the hotel for the inability to provide the guest room, compensation fees will not be paid.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposits, etc.)
- In the event of loss, damage, etc. of goods, cash or valuables deposited by the Guest at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage unless it is force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, even if the Hotel asks for a declaration of its type and value, and the Guest does not do so, we will not pay compensation beyond the scope of liability of the Hotel.
- In the event that the Guest causes damage such as loss or damage due to intention or negligence of the Hotel for goods or cash or valuables brought into the Hotel and which were not deposited at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage. However, there will be no compensation for items that have not been declared in advance of the type and value of the hotel, except in the case of intentional Matashige gross negligence in the hotel, beyond the scope of liability of the hotel.
Article 16 (Storage of Passenger's Baggage or Portable Items)
- If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to the accommodation, we will keep it responsibly only when the hotel understands it before the arrival, and hand it over when the Guest check-in at the front desk.
- In the event that the Guest's luggage or portable items have been left in the Hotel after the Guest has checked out and the owner is identified, the Hotel shall contact the owner and request the indication thereof. However, if there is no indication of the owner or if the owner is not known, keep it for 7 days including the appearance, and then notify the nearest police station.
- In the case of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, the Hotel shall be liable for the storage of luggage or portable goods of the Guest in the case of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, in the case of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
Article 17 (Responsibility for Parking)
If the Guest uses the parking area of the Hotel, regardless of whether the key is deposited, the Hotel shall lend the location and shall not bear the responsibility of both cars. However, in the management of the parking lot, if damage is caused by intention or negligence of the hotel, it will be left to blame the compensation.
Article 18 (Responsibility of Guests)
In the event that the hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage.
Rules of Use
In accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement, the Hotel shall maintain the dignity of the Hotel.
In addition, we have established the following usage rules for the purpose of ensuring that customers stay comfortably and safely during their stay at the hotel, so we ask for your cooperation.
If you do not cooperate with this rule, we may refuse the use of guest rooms and other facilities in the hotel according to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Agreement.
In addition, we are not responsible for any accidents caused by the failure of the customer's cooperation, so please understand that fact.
About valuables, items to be kept and forgotten items
- Please manage cash and valuables by yourself. In the event of loss, theft, etc., the hotel assumes no responsibility.
- Your luggage can be deposited at the self-baggage corner on the lobby floor.
Please note that if you forget your PIN, you will be asked to present your personal information to verify your identity when handing over your luggage. - Lost items in the hotel will be kept by the hotel for a certain period of time, and will be handled in accordance with the Lost and Lost Law.
However, food and drinks and items deemed waste by the hotel will be disposed of on the same day.
About payment
- Please pay the usage fee at check-in. In addition, if you receive a bill statement from the front desk during your stay, please pay each time.
- Please note that if you use other than accommodation, you may be charged a deposit when you arrive.
- Replacement of shopping, ticket, taxi, postage, etc. is not allowed.
If you receive payment from a person other than the guest, if you do not pay by the specified date, you will be required to pay directly to the guest.
Regarding the use of guest rooms
- All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke at the designated smoking corner.
- Please do not take any actions that may cause a fire in the guest room.
Please do not use fire, candles, etc. for heating cooking, etc. without the permission of the hotel. Cooking in the guest room is strictly prohibited. - The following items may be inconvenienced to other customers, so we will refuse to bring them in.
