Article 1 (Applicable Scope)
- Accommodation contracts concluded by the Hotel with the Guest and related contracts shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations (refer to laws and regulations). - If the Hotel has entered into a special contract within a range that does not violate laws and customs, the special contract shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall inform the hotel of the following matters:
- Name of Guest
- Date of accommodation and expected arrival time
- Accommodation fee
- Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
- If the Guest has requested to continue the stay beyond the date set forth in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the Hotel will treat it as if there has been an application for a new accommodation contract at the time of the offer.
Article 3 (Construction of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
- The Accommodation Contract shall be made when the Hotel has accepted the application set forth in the preceding Article. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when it has proved that the hotel has not consented.
- If the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee set by the Hotel shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days).
- The application fee will be first allocated to the accommodation fee that the Guest should ultimately pay, and if the situation in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 are used occurs, the application will be applied in the order of compensation following the penalty. If there is any remaining money, it will be returned when the fee is paid under Article 12.
- If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 cannot be paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effectiveness. However, when specifying the payment date for the application fee, this shall be limited to the case where the Hotel has notified the Guest of that fact.
Article 4 (Special agreement not to require payment of the application fee)
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
- In accepting the application for the accommodation contract, if the hotel does not request payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or does not specify the payment date for the application fee, it will be treated as in accordance with the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 4-2 (Request for cooperation in infection prevention measures at facilities)
The hotel may request the person who intends to stay for cooperation pursuant to the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Ryokan Business Act (Act No. 138 of 1948).
Article 5 (Rejection of Accommodation Contract)
- The hotel may not accept the conclusion of the accommodation contract in the following cases: Provided, however, that this section does not imply that the hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than the cases set forth in Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act.
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- When there is no room available due to full room.
- When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may perform acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good customs regarding accommodation.
- When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay falls under any of the following a to c.

Article 5-2 (Explanation of refusal to conclude accommodation contract)
A person who intends to stay may ask the Hotel to explain the reason if the Hotel does not accept the conclusion of the Accommodation Agreement pursuant to the preceding Article.
Article 6 (Right to cancel the contract of the Guest)
- Guests may offer to the hotel and cancel the accommodation contract.
- If the Hotel cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract for reasons attributable to the Guest (unless the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract prior to the payment of the Application Fee pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the Hotel shall charge a penalty in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 2. Provided, however, that if the Hotel has complied with the special contract set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the Hotel shall notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the special contract.
If the Guest does not arrive at 8:00 pm on the day of the stay (if the expected arrival time is indicated in advance, the time after 2 hours have elapsed) without contacting the Guest, the Accommodation Contract may be deemed to have been canceled by the Guest.
Article 7 (Right to cancel the contract of the hotel)
- The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases: Provided, however, that this section does not imply that the hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than the cases set forth in Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act.
- When it is deemed that there is a risk that the Guest may perform acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good customs, or when it is deemed that they have done the same thing.

- If the Hotel cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, there will be no charge for accommodation services, etc. that the Guest has not yet received.
Article 7-2 (Explanation of cancellation of accommodation contract)
The Guest may ask the Hotel to explain the reason if the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract pursuant to the preceding Article.
Article 8 (Registration of Accommodation)
- Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of the accommodation.
- Name, address and contact information of the guest

- Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
- If the Guest intends to pay the fee set forth in Article 12 by a method that can replace the currency such as travel cutter, accommodation voucher, credit card, etc., they must be presented in advance at the time of registration set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9 (Time for use of rooms)
- Guests can use the rooms of the Hotel from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day. However, in the case of staying continuously, it can be used all day except the date of arrival and departure.
- Regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may respond to the use of rooms outside of hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional fee will be charged.

- Guests who are registered as members of the Hotel may be required to apply additional charges different from the provisions of the preceding paragraph in the Member Program.
Article 10 (Compliance with Rules of Use)
Guests are required to comply with the usage rules set by the hotel and the rules of the hotel in the hotel.
Article 11 (Business Hours)
- The business hours of the main facilities of the hotel will be announced in the service directory in the hotel.

Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown of accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the Guest and the calculation method are based on the provisions listed in Appendix 1.

- Even if the hotel provides guest rooms and becomes available for use, the accommodation fee will be charged even if the guest does not stay arbitrarily.
Article 13 (Liability of the Hotel)
- The Hotel shall compensate for the damages in the event that the Hotel complies with the Accommodation Agreement and related contracts, or if it causes damage to the Guest due to their defaults. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the Hotel.

Article 14 (Handling when a contracted guest room cannot be provided)
- If the Hotel is unable to provide a guest room contracted by the Guest, it shall, with the consent of the Guest, make use of other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible.
- Irrespective of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty, and the compensation fee shall be applied to the amount of damages. However, if there is no reason to blame the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, compensation fees will not be paid.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposits, etc.)
- In the event of damage such as loss, damage, etc. of goods, cash and valuables deposited by the Guest at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage unless it is force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, even if the Hotel requests a declaration of its type and value, and the Guest does not do so, there will be no compensation beyond the liability of the Hotel.
- In the event that the Guest has brought into the Hotel, cash or valuables that have not been deposited at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage caused by the Hotel's intention or negligence. However, we will not compensate for items that have not been declared in advance of the type and value of the hotel, unless there is a deliberate negligence in Matashige, beyond the scope of liability of the hotel.
Article 16 (Storage of Passenger's Handgage or Portables)
- If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to the accommodation, we will keep it responsibly only when the hotel understands it before arrival, and hand it over when the Guest checks in at the front desk.
- If the Guest has checked out and the Passenger's luggage or portable items have been left behind at the Hotel, and if the owner is identified, the Hotel shall contact the owner and ask for its indication. Article 17 (Responsibility for Parking)
When the Guest uses the parking area of the Hotel, regardless of the deposit of the keys of the car, the Hotel is to lend a place and does not bear the responsibility of both cars. However, in the management of the parking area, if damage is caused by the intention or negligence of the hotel, it will be left to blame the compensation.
Article 18 (Liability of Guests)
In the event that the hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage.
Rules of Use
In accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement, the Hotel shall maintain the dignity of the Hotel.

If we fail to cooperate with this rule, we may refuse the use of guest rooms and other facilities in the hotel according to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Agreement.

About valuables, custody items, and forgotten items
- Please manage cash and valuables by yourself. In the event of loss, theft, etc., the hotel is not responsible for any loss.
- Your luggage can be checked in at the self-baggage corner on the lobby floor.
Please note that if you forget your PIN, you will be asked to present your personal information to verify your identity when handing over your luggage. - Lost property in the hotel will be kept by the hotel for a certain period of time, and will be handled in accordance with the Lost and Lost Law.

About payment
- Please pay the usage fee at check-in. In addition, if there is a request statement from the front desk during your stay, please pay each time.

- Replacement of shopping, ticket, taxi, postage, etc. is not allowed.

Regarding the use of guest rooms

- Please do not take any actions that may cause a fire in the guest room.
