After check-in, you can prepare San-in specialty Shijimi soup as a welcome drink, and enjoy a cup that warms from the core of your body. At night, at the lounge on the 12th floor, two brands of local sake carefully selected from local sake breweries are warmed, and you can taste the aroma and umami at your preferred temperature. At the dinner buffet, the seasonal benizui crab is prepared in salt boiled, and you can enjoy the original sweetness and umami of the ingredients to your heart's content. Three Food Experiences to Enjoy the taste of winter

1. Welcome drink that warms from the core of the body

After check-in, the welcome drink is Shijimi soup, a specialty of the San'in region. It has a deep taste with condensed umami flavor, and is rich in nutrients such as minerals and calcium. By offering in the lobby, you can warm your cold body from the inside immediately after arriving at the hotel and relax.

2. Lounge where you can enjoy warming local sake selected from local sake breweries

The lounge on the 12th floor, with a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan and Oyama, is a space where you can enjoy drinks including local snacks and alcohol from evening to night. For a limited time from January to February, you can enjoy 2 brands of local sake carefully selected from local sake breweries. By raising the temperature, the aroma is further extracted, and the sweetness of rice and the mature umami are noticeable. From warm sake (40°C), which has a good aroma to hot sake (50°C), where you can enjoy a crisp texture, you can adjust the temperature with a sake warmer and enjoy your favorite cup. With warm sake that warms your body warms up, you can spend a relaxing night.

・Chiyo Musubi Junmai Dry Jun (Chiyo Musubi Sake Brewery / Sakai Port City, Tottori Prefecture)
Using 50 million stone rice to maximize the umami of the rice, the aftertaste is characterized by dry and crisp dry dryness. The higher the temperature, the more aroma, umami, and texture of rice when contained in the mouth increases.
Recommended ways to drink: Warm warmed (around 40°C) to warmed (50°C)

・Junmai Gassan (Yoshida Sake Brewery / Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture)
It is characterized by a rich taste and a sharp back mouth. Regular junmai sake that feels dry but mellow Izumo-ryu pure rice making. By warming it, the umami spreads and you can feel a long lingering.

3. Enjoy winter feast and Benizuwai crab to your heart's content

A winter-only menu using Benizwi crab, which is characterized by vivid red color, will be served at the buffet restaurant for dinner. Benizwi crabs live in the deep sea, so they are especially tightened in winter when the water temperature is low, increasing sweetness and umami. It is served in salt boiled to maximize the taste of seasonal ingredients, and you can enjoy all-you-can-eat Benizuwai crab, which is soft, juicy and elegant sweetness. You can also enjoy the arrangement menu by yourself using the boiled Benizwai crab.

・Crab lobster cream pasta (venizui crab x short pasta lobster cream)
A short pasta entangled with rich lobster cream sauce and plenty of benizui crab as a finish. The rich umami of shrimp and the smooth sauce enhance the sweetness of crabs, and you can enjoy the luxurious taste that spreads the scent of the sea at each mouth.

・Crab-yaki bee-fung (benizui crab x seafood grilled bee-fung)
A savory arrangement menu that combines seafood grilled bee-fung with benizui crab. It is a dish where the sweetness of crabs is added to the light textured beefung, and the warm steam and the scent of the sea are appetizing.
