The San-in region has been regarded as a place where eight million gods gather since ancient times, and it is believed that gods from all over the country will gather at Izumo Taisha Shrine in October of the lunar calendar. During this period, it is called "Kannazuki" nationwide, and in the Izumo region it is called "Kamiarizuki", and it has been popular with people as a special season in which the gods are connected. We prepare Koshihikari from Hino-cho, which is adjacent to Hoki-cho, where our hotel stands. The surrounding area is surrounded by mountains of about 1,000m, so the temperature difference is large, and rice grown in Hinocho, which is blessed with underground water, is characterized by its good grain size and sweetness.
