Behavior of mochi
Fresh rice cakes made with glutinous rice from Hokkaido are prepared in three types of sauce only salmon-bushi soy sauce, kinako, and red beans. All of them use materials from Hokkaido, so please enjoy a simple and warm taste that enhances the blessings of the land. (For guests staying, you can enjoy it freely.)
