The event held in June this year was very popular, so we decided to hold the second event. We made a special full course of French using ingredients unique to this season, such as Kanbe Lettuce from Anzai Farm, which is representative of winter vegetables from Minami Boso, as well as vegetables and fish from Chiba Prefecture. In addition, this time, you will be able to bring back one "kanbe lettuce" and 4 to 5 kinds of vegetables with a souvenir of vegetable box carefully selected by the vegetable sommelier Pro. There is also a recipe by a vegetable sommelier professional, and even after returning home, you can enjoy the lingering of Minami Boso's journey with taste.

Cultivates about 50 vegetables a year, including a local brand vegetable "Kanbe lettuce". While seriously working on agriculture, the NPO Minamiboso Agricultural Education Project, which was launched with his friends, has been actively working on support for new farmers, harvesting experiences, food education activities at elementary schools, etc. as the first president. It is a producer with a strong trust.

Kanbe lettuce is reduced chemical fertilizers, pesticides are reduced to less than half of the past, and fertilizers are lettuce from Anzai Farm, which uses organic fertilizers. Because it grows slowly over time, the contents are intensely thick and sweet, and the texture is outstanding. It is also a feature that it has a good shelf life.
