1． The taste of spring in Toyama. Plan with "Firefly squid shabushabu"

In Toyama Bay, in spring, millions of firefly squids rush near the coast to spawn. The mysterious blue light emitted by firefly squid and the powerful fixed net fishing are spring features that can only be seen in Toyama Bay. Firefly squid growing in Toyama Bay, which is deep and nutritious, is characterized by its large body, chewing and sweetness. In this plan, we provide this seasonal firefly squid with shabushabu. Lightly immersed in hot water, the taste of the liver melts into the broth, and the rich richness spreads. The outside has a plump elasticity, and the inside has a slightly sweet and mellow taste. This is a ponzu made with Shogawa Yuzu, which is rich in local aroma, and you can enjoy it with a refreshing scent.

2． All-inclusive plan to enjoy red snow crab to your heart's content

This is an accommodation plan where you can enjoy the red snow crab, which is characterized by vivid red color, in a buffet style. Living in the deep sea at a depth of 800m to 2,500m and blessed with high-quality water from the Northern Alps and abundant plankton, the red snow crab is characterized by a tight body and a juicy taste. You can enjoy as many red snow crabs as you like, which is unique to Toyama, where fishing grounds are close. At the end of the meal, it is recommended to tighten it with "Red Swi crab juice" with a blend of umami. Due to its popularity, the plan was extended until April 14 (Tuesday). Limited-time workshop where you can experience Japanese traditional crafts "Kumiko"

Established in 1933, we will hold a workshop for a limited time where you can experience traditional Japanese woodworking technology "Kumiko" in cooperation with the long-established fitting store "Kawashima fittings" in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture. Kumiko is a traditional Japanese architecture technique that creates geometric patterns by shaving thin wooden piers without using nails or metal fittings. It is used for fittings such as shoji and ranma, and has been handed down by craftsmen from the Asuka era to the present day.

In this workshop, while receiving the guidance of craftsmen, we will understand the meaning of Kumiko's auspiciousness and create only one Kumiko work in the world. You can participate from small children to ADULTS. The completed work can be taken home, and can be used as a souvenir of your trip or interior of your home.

Tonami Tulip Fair
The Tonami Tulip Fair, which is held every year in Tonami City, where the hotel is located, is a historic Rite of Spring that began in 1952 and has been running for more than 70 years. It is about 15 minutes by car from the hotel. The venue, Tonami Tulip Park, boasts about 300 varieties and 3.5 million tulips in full bloom, making it one of the largest in Japan. The huge ground picture flower bed drawn with about 210,000 trees, the flower bed seen from the tulip tower about 13m high, and the view of the Tateyama mountain range are unique to Tonami.

The Gassho-zukuri Village of Mt. Goka, a World Heritage Site
The Ainokura Gassho-zukuri Village, which represents Mt. Goka, is a village that retains the image of a traditional mountain village. From the observation area, you can see the entire view of a gassho-style house surrounded by rice fields, stone walls, and surrounding mountains. About 15 minutes by car from Ainokura, the Suganuma Gassho-zukuri Village is home to nine houses, giving a calm satoyama landscape. At the limited-time light-up event "Spring Evening" held in Suganuma, gassho-zukuri is wrapped in soft light. In addition, "Mt. Goka's Song and Dance" has been designated as an intangible folk cultural property of the country, and not only architecture but also culture has been inherited. At our local Discovery corner, you can experience playing the traditional musical instrument "Sasara" used in Japan's oldest folk song "Kokiriko". You can deepen the culture you feel in the village even more during your stay.

Asahi Funakawa "Spring Quartet"
Asahi Funakawa's Spring Quartet, located on both banks of Funakawa, which flows through Asahi Town, Toyama Prefecture, is a beautiful quartet played by about 1.2 km of cherry blossom trees, colorful tulips, rape blossoms, and the remaining snow Northern Alps.
