[Grand Mercure Minamiboso Resort & Spa] Enjoy nature in Minami Boso, Chiba! Host exclusive events such as starry sky observation and campfire

Experience-based events for families, such as starry sky terrace, yoga experience, and SDGs workshops, will be held at a resort hotel located in Quasi-National Park.

The resort hotel "Grand Mercure Minamiboso Resort & Spa" located on Cape Obosa in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park, surrounded by lush greenery, will hold various events for guests during Golden Week. We offer a variety of contents that can be enjoyed with family and friends, such as starry sky observation using a telescope, campfires to enjoy around the flames, yoga experiences in nature, and SDGs workshops utilizing marine plastic. Surrounded by the nature of a resort hotel located in the Quasi-National Park, you can enjoy a fulfilling hotel stay day and night in a pleasant spring climate. Each event is included in an all-inclusive accommodation plan, except for some.

  1. Starry sky terrace

Relax chairs and lanterns are set up on the poolside to provide a special night relaxing space. You can relax and see the clear night sky of Minami Boso while feeling the pleasant night breeze. It is a night spot recommended for relaxing time in ADULTS with a drink in one hand.

  1. Let's make a carp streamer! SDGs Workshop

A seasonal craft experience that makes "koinobori" using the core of a wrap. While making use of familiar materials, you can enjoy the idea of SDGs while having fun. It is a workshop program that even small children can participate easily.

  1. Campfire

Campfire where you can enjoy games and songs around the flames. Spending time with family and friends while surrounding the shaky fire is perfect for making memories of your trip. Please enjoy a special time unique to Golden Week, spending time in nature.

  1. Let’s learn about the environmental issues of the ocean! SDGs Workshop

Experience-based workshop where you can learn about the environmental issues of the sea while listening to commentary by the guide. Through the production of items made from marine plastic, you can have fun and deepen your understanding of the SDGs and the marine environment.

Yoga Experience

A yoga experience program that even beginners can participate with peace of mind. In a lawn open space surrounded by nature overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you will slowly adjust your body while feeling comfortable wind and light. This is a wellness experience that prepares the mind and body that can be refreshed in a refreshing morning time.

A great adventure around Cape Obo while solving mysteries.

You can see, touch, and learn with your hands at the shores and tie pools (tid pools) that are perfect for observing sea creatures.

New menu at dinner & breakfast buffet

Grand Mercure Minamiboso Resort & Spa will celebrate its 2nd anniversary on April 1, 2026. The buffet restaurant "Le Sensoriel" will start offering a new signature menu inspired by Food & Beverage's new CONCEPT "Marché". The "fun of discovery" that makes you want to stop your feet unintentionally, the "excitement" of a live kitchen where you can finish cooking in front of you, and the "fresh experience" unique to your travel destination are packed.

In addition, we will expand the vegetarian menu in consideration of food diversity. The kids menu that children can enjoy is also enhanced.
