The dinner buffet offers spring-only sweets using local ingredients such as yuzu, Tosa tea, strawberries, and cherry blossoms from Kochi Prefecture. In the lounge on the first floor, there is a terrace seat overlooking the hotel garden, where you can enjoy sake and local sweets from 12 sake breweries in Kochi Prefecture while feeling the spring breeze. In addition, we usually hold hands-on workshops held on weekends every day during the spring break. We have prepared an experience that allows you to leave memories of your trip in shape while touching the culture of Kochi, such as making bookmarks using Tosa Washi.

During the spring break this year, we will offer spring-only sweets that incorporate local seasonal ingredients such as fruits and tea from Geisei Village, Kochi Prefecture, where the hotel is located. Including "Yuzu" from Kochi Prefecture, which accounts for about 50% of the national production volume (*1) Tosa tea made from 100% of the prefecture's tea leaves, cherry blossoms and strawberries that make you feel the coming of spring, are available. With a refreshing fragrance and gentle taste like spring, you can enjoy a relaxing moment after meals. ・Yuzu rare cheese with yuzu jam from Kochi prefecture
Uses yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture luxuriously. Rare cheese cake with refreshing acidity and richness of cream cheese. The yuzu jam attached to the finish and the peel of small chopped yuzu are accents of aroma and color.

・Matcha cake finished with Tosa tea powder
Matcha cake with a moist texture that makes use of the elegant taste and bittersweetness unique to Tosa tea. It is a dish that feels the taste of Japanese with the fragrance of matcha spreading softly.

・Tosa's aburi tea fragrant Hojicha pudding
Using the fragrant roasted Tosa's aburi tea powder, a smooth pudding is added with a rich aroma. Deep roasting incense spreads softly every time it is contained in the mouth.

・Colored cold zenzai
Spring-style Japanese sweets with a gentle sweetness of red beans and fresh strawberry sourness. It is a cool, light and cold zenzai that can be enjoyed after meals regardless of age or gender.

・Sakura-flavored Hitokuchi Sakuramochi
Spring classic Japanese confectionery with the fragrance of cherry leaves spreading softly. It has a simple and gentle taste that retains the sense of the season.

・Kochi's traditional sweet white ball molasses luxury warabi mochi
A luxurious warabi mochi with plenty of special black honey made using "Shiratama sugar" made by traditional manufacturing methods in Geisei Village. The mellow sweetness without astringency or miscellaneous taste enhances the thick texture of warabi mochi.

In addition to the usual experience contents, a new “Tosa Washi bookmark making experience” using Tosa Washi washi started this spring. Tosa Washi is a traditional craft with a history of more than 1,000 years, produced mainly in the town of Ino, Kochi Prefecture, and nurtured by the water of the clear stream and the Niyodo River and the skills of craftsmen. It combines thinness and strongness and is characterized by a wide variety of flavors.
