On December 31, 2024 (Tuesday), we will provide New Year's soba in connection with local customs, and from January 1 (Wednesday) to January 3 (Friday), 2025.
Depending on the differences in soup stock, rice cakes, and ingredients used, you can learn about the culture and customs of each of the 22 hotels.

    Zoni  :Take the soup stock with chicken, and use plenty of root vegetables such as radish, carrot, and burdock as ingredients. I'll put the finished Niikura.

    New Year's Eve Soba: The flavor of Nikko Yuba, a specialty of Tochigi, and the sweetness of Kanpyo, are well-balanced, enhancing the taste of soba. You can arrange it according to your preference, such as shrimp heaven and vegetable heaven.
    Zoni  :Arrange the local pot "Makikari Nabe" made from the historical fact that Yoritomo Minamoto performed a big hunt "Nasuno Makikari" in a zoni style. There are a lot of ingredients.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Soba that can be tasted with soup stock that makes use of the umami of clams. It has a deep taste in the light taste.

    New Year's Eve Soba: We offer plum soba topped with Minamitakaume.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Okinawa soba topped with kamaboko from Okinawa Prefecture.
    Zoni  :Based on the clean tailoring of the Kansai style, toppings are accompanied by a colay goose and a pouch bar to create Okinawan taste.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Soba made from prefecture-grown chicken "Forest Chicken".
    Zoni  :Add Sendai Seri, chicken, and Kakumochi to the roasted goby soup stock.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Aizu's countryside soba is served as kenchin soba with the soup of the prefectural chicken "Date Chicken".
    Zoni  :Steamed zoni arranged with the local dish "Kozuyu" that appears every New Year and celebration.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Noodles that are slightly thick, firm and have good throat, with plenty of ingredients such as vegetables and chicken.
    Zoni  :Since ancient times, Shinshu in the sealess prefecture has eaten salty as a New Year's zoni. It will be served with fresh soup along with grilled horn rice cake.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Topped with shrimp tempura and Toyama rolled kamaboko on a rural soba noodles made of flatten noodles.
    Zoni  :It features a sashimi-style soup stock with the umami of yellowtail and chicken in Toyama Bay, and a red and white ball representing celebration.

    New Year's Eve Soba: You can enjoy burdock heaven and kamaboko as you like.
    Zoni  :Put yellowtail, vegetables, and round rice cake in the broth of the grilled chin. The feature of Hakata Zoni is the use of bonito dishes.

    New Year's Eve Soba: Stir fry black pork roses from Kyushu with green onion oil and topped with white onion and Hakata onion. It is characterized by the soup stock made with dried shiitake mushrooms added to bonito and mackerel.
