■This year's GW Special Menu "Bliss Ket"
The main menu of this year's GW is "Bliss Ket". This roast dish is made of shoulder rose meat on the front leg of a cow. Because it is a part that moves well in the body of a cow, it is characterized by a firm texture and fineness, but by baking for more than 6 hours, it has a texture that is Jolo Jolo. Both red and fat have a rich flavor, and by using a variety of spices, you can enjoy the umami that spreads throughout your mouth.
