1.Purpose

The Hotel Group places the highest priority on customer safety, recognizes the importance of responding to appropriate food allergies, and has established a "food allergy response policy" to ensure that food can be eaten safely.

2.About food allergies

Ⅰ. Food allergies mean that when you eat, touch, or inhale food, the immune system that should protect the body reacts excessively, causing harmful symptoms to the body.

Ⅱ. Allergens as defined by the Food Labeling Act
If food contains specific raw materials or raw materials equivalent to specific raw materials, labeling obligations or recommendations for labeling are stipulated.

3.Basic Concept of the Hotel Group

The basic policy of the Hotel Group is to give priority to the safety of customers when providing food and beverages. Therefore, please understand in advance how to respond to customers with the following food allergies.

Ⅰ. If you are asked to provide food allergy-friendly meals, we will only offer "low allergen menus" except for eight specific ingredients. Other measures cannot be taken in principle.

Ⅱ. This hotel group uses various ingredients in the same kitchen, so we do not use special cooking utensils etc. for each ingredient. Therefore, it is not possible to ensure that ingredients that are not used as raw materials are mixed into small amounts. In the dishes you provide, there is a possibility that ingredients that are not used as raw materials may be mixed into a small amount.

4.Food Allergy Menu

About Low Allergen Menu
At some hotels, we will offer a "low allergen menu" that removes 8 items of specified raw materials that are required to be displayed. Therefore, please understand in advance the following matters.

Ⅰ. Items other than the 8 specified raw materials have not been removed.

Ⅱ. Customers can bring their own safe food (retort, frozen, etc.) and eat and drink. If you would like to bring it in, please let us know at the time of reservation or hotel check-in. (We will help you with heating such as microwave oven and hot water roasting.)

Ⅲ. If you would like a low allergen menu, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to make sure that it is available.

Ⅳ. Reservations must be accepted up to 5 days in advance. Please note that we cannot accept applications after 4 days. (This does not apply to foods brought in by II)

"The Hotel Group" refers to all facilities listed in the list of facilities on the Hotel website.
